The ‘Bianco a Uovo’ aubergine variety is a very vigorous, healthy plant. It produces many medium-sized white egg-shaped aubergines with an intense flavour. Do not leave the aubergines hanging on the plant for too long, but harvest them regularly. An absolutely grateful and easy-care plant! It grows to a height of 60 - 80 cm and can be grown in pots or outdoors. In addition, ‘Bianco a Uovo’ is a very attractive plant with its light green, silvery hairy leaves and beautiful purple flowers.
